  • Application means the software system provided by the Company used for managing event invitations.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the web-based event invitation platform.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Controller and Processor Roles

Pegotec acts as a:

  • Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of our clients (e.g. handling event invitee data).
  • Data Controller when determining the purposes and means of processing personal data for our own business operations (e.g. user accounts, billing, analytics).

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your country where data protection laws may differ.

When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved safeguards to ensure adequate protection of your data under the GDPR.

Subprocessors and Service Providers

We use third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate and improve our services. These subprocessors may have access to your personal data but are contractually obligated to keep it secure and process it only on our behalf and under strict conditions.

Children's Privacy
